Our aim is to bridge the gap between music and motion design. We are about creating work that is visually arresting and emotionally tantalising. Beyond aesthetic appeal we aim to motivate your customers into action - building tangible results for your brand.
Founder of Frame & Bar, Oliver Lavender has been involved with the electronic music scene for many years. Whether producing, djing, coordinating or just being a regular punter, dance music has always been an essential ingredient.
Olly has attained a Diploma of Music, studied Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business and Event Management and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Film and Video. He has worked in the music industry in various roles including recording and musical instrument retail.
You can find Olly producing music under the alias 'Polyculture' or co-hosting the runaway smash hit podcast There Will Be Wrestling.

GENDER PAY GAP PRICING
All across the world women are subject to inequality and unfair treatment in the work place - and the electronic music industry is no exception.
Lets face it, the community of producers we know today is a boys club. We aim to break that wheel and let the amazing female talent that surrounds us, rise up and take their rightful position as leaders, teachers and tastemakers.
To that end we are offering Gender Pay Gap Pricing to first time female customers. It's our small way of addressing the gross inequality we are seeing across the industry.
If you start a project with us (as a first time female-indentifying customer) we will reduce our fee by 14%. This figure is based off the average gender pay gap in Australia as of Aug 2019.
We want to see more female producers making awesome music, not being treated as models selling body image but as strong talented musicians in their own right. We believe you have to put your money where your mouth is to make a difference in this world. We aim to be the change we want to see.
